I’ve made it half way through. I can’t tell you the mixed emotions flowing through. I’ll have to finish after a meeting. In my profession, I sit on the counseling side of the table to many traumatized by sexual abuse. I understand it personally but not to this degree. My heart aches. This is extremely well produced. I highly recommend everyone to watch. If your eyes weren’t open before, this will help you understand. This is a cause to support in prayer always and financially as well. Thank you.

Recently I had the privilege of viewing the child sex trafficking documentary, Contraland. It is an incredibly and painfully accurate look into a subject that few of us truly have more than a passing knowledge of, yet is essential for an educated response to this horrific reality which exists in our world. Perhaps the greatest affect Contraland had upon me was the perspective it provides as to how pervasive and well organized the tragic presence of child sex trafficking is within our society as well as countless other countries. While it exposes how this is allowed to function, often within our own neighborhoods and communities, it also provides exposure to such worthy non-profit organizations like Veterans for Child Rescue (V4CR), which is actively involved in directly combating this immoral blight within our nation and beyond. While Contraland is unsettling on so many levels, it is deeply compelling and was for me a call to prayerful action that was life changing!
